The showroom will be open Saturday to Thursday from 10:00 to 21:30 in all Emirates and 16:30-21:30 on Friday in Dubai only. The service centres are open from 9:00 to 17.00 Saturday to Thursday. The dealership has also announced the implementation of an exhaustive sanitization program across all vehicles serviced in the after sales centres and available in the showroom, in line with the directives of the Dubai Health Authority.
For those wishing to make their purchases from home, the dealership is enhancing its offering with a wide range of options to help customers engage with them easily and safely. This includes a live chat service available online 7 days-a-week for customers with questions about products and services.
In addition, there are now options to buy online as well, with instant quotations and payment platforms such as contactless e-pay available with just a few clicks. Customers can browse online product videos for all models, as well as 360-degree walkaround views of pre-owned vehicles available from the dealership. The sales team can even make a personalized product video upon request, going over anything required in detail. In addition, home test drives from the customer’s preferred location and delivery and collection for vehicle servicing are now available right to their doorsteps.
